Organizations and members

How organizations, invitations, and sign-in fit together, and how you add your team.

BadgeOut is organized around organizations: your company or team. Everything in BadgeOut (timesheets, time off, charge codes) belongs to one organization, and you administer the people in it.

Adding members

You invite people into your organization from Settings → Members. An invitation links their work account once they accept, and they sign in with the same provider it was sent to. See Inviting members for the full flow.

Belonging to more than one organization

You and your members can each belong to several organizations, each keeping its own timesheets and settings. Switch between them from the organization menu; hours never cross from one to another.

A member can't see your data?

If someone signs in but doesn't see the organization, they may be in the wrong one, or their invitation may not have been accepted yet. Confirm their membership from the management area.
