Joining your organization
How invitations, organizations, and your sign-in work together.
BadgeOut is organized around organizations — your company or team. You access BadgeOut through the organization that invited you, and everything you do (timesheets, time off, charge codes) belongs to that organization.
Accepting an invitation
An administrator adds you by email. You'll receive an invitation that, once accepted, links your work account to the organization. Sign in with the same provider (Google or Microsoft) that the invitation was sent to.
Belonging to more than one organization
If you work with multiple organizations, each keeps its own timesheets and settings. You switch between them from the organization menu; your hours never cross from one to another.
Heads up
If you sign in but don't see your team's data, you may be in the wrong organization, or your invitation may not have been accepted yet. An administrator can confirm your membership.
